You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise it, inform us (Cyan IT GmbH, Gewerbering 3, 94161 Ruderting, Germany, web@cyan-it.de) by a clear statement (e.g. email). You may use the model withdrawal form below.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments without undue delay and no later than fourteen days, using the same payment method you used.
Early expiry for digital content
For packs, the right of withdrawal expires if you expressly agree to start playing immediately and confirm: “I want to play right away and understand that my right of withdrawal ends when the first conversation begins.”
